My frist bike project is finished. And my urban city bike ready to bring me to meetings, friends and have some workout. I am very happy with the result... and will do some more in the future. The old frame and parts are all cleaned and replaced where needed. So now it's a full fun driving bike. With patina...
The patina makes it so alive. When you see the older post, you see how i found it. A Colnago frame from probably mid 80th. We added some nice parts like the mustache steering bar, new pedals and the Brooks saddle and parts. New tires etc. The bike was completely disassembled, cleaned, serviced and put together again...
And such a cool item in the office.
